Eligibility for Refunds
- Clients may request a refund after purchase but not after the final delivery of the service. 
- If the service has been partially completed or delivered, refunds are not typically issued, but revisions may be offered based on the scope of the original agreement. 
- Full refunds will only be considered before delivery, provided no substantial work has been completed. 
Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund request:

- Once contacted, our support team will guide you through the refund process. 
Refund Method
- Refunds are processed to the client’s preferred account or original payment method. 
- Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account once approved. 
Subscription Plans
- Clients may cancel subscription plans at any time. 
- If canceled mid-cycle, the refund may be issued with cost deductions based on the services already provided. 
Revisions Instead of Refunds
- If you’re not satisfied with the work, we encourage you to request revisions. This ensures you receive the outcome you expect without delays. 
- Refunds will not be issued after multiple revision rounds unless the issue lies in service non-fulfillment. 
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time, and encourage users to review it periodically.
