1. Services
Vortana Tech offers a wide range of digital services including design, development, marketing, and automation. We operate under two business models: one-time project-based services and recurring subscription plans. Each service is tailored based on client needs and scope of work.
2. Payment & Billing
For one-time projects, we usually charge a small upfront payment with the remainder due based on agreed-upon milestones. For subscription-based services, full advance payment is required. Payment methods and schedules are discussed prior to starting any service.
3. Refunds

4. Service Delivery
All services and deliverables are provided via email, accompanied by a secure cloud-based link, allowing continuous access to final files. Clients do not need to create an account to receive our services. A CRM system is in development to enhance future user experience.
5. Ownership & Rights
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights of delivered materials are transferred to the client. Clients have unrestricted usage rights for personal or commercial use.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approvals, and timely communication. Delays in response may affect timelines and delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
In the rare event that a loss or damage is caused directly due to our service or error, a full refund will be issued. We maintain a high-quality standard and ensure thorough quality checks to prevent such occurrences.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse services if we detect misuse, unethical conduct, or violation of our values. Any prepaid amounts in such cases will be handled per our refund policy.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. While minor updates may not be announced, clients are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Any major changes will be communicated where necessary.
